Welcome to American Idol Season 8..!!

The saying goes to all the top 36 contestants of the latest season of AI..
And this is for the first time I'm fully following this reality show..
Started from the journey of searching the talents throughout America until one by one was eliminated during the Hollywood week and finally shortlisted to the top 36 contestants..

And the name I'll always remember is The Bikini Girl (I didn't knew her real name mind you!!) I just really miss her so much..Wahaha..
Well, after she was eliminated, the Drama Queen Tatiana Del Toro never stopped annoyed and entertained me..
Well, she is one of the reason why I stick on the Sofa to watch the AI.. I guess.. Without those attitude in this reality show, sure it will be a damn boring show.. I'm 100% sure..

I can't wait to be home now.. But still, I've to go for volleyball training first and will be absolutely headed home immediately so I'll not miss even for 1 minutes of the show..

My England sucks..

My day today started with Dietitic Clinic..
As usual I started to step in around 8.30am..
Upon entering my room, I'll always look around weather there is an early bird coming for dietary advices..
Usually there is none..
But today, I was attended by a couple which I'm sure a mixed blood omputih.. It's so obvious..

OMG, I've to speak England la ni..
Ever since my graduation, I seldom speak english..
Yes I do, whenever I was invited to give a talk.. Itu pun manglish..
But in a situation like this, face to face with the orang putih, sure not fluent..

Well, the counselling session turned out to be good..
I'd bulit a good rapport and conversation turned out well..
Even we laugh a lot during the session..
Some more, the patient is not purely urang putih..
He is a Sabahan, but the cullture he practiced is more to urang putih..
He speaks Sabah lang pun lancar bah..

Before the session ended, I was a bit shocked that he is actually the nephew of Tun Fuad Stephen aka Donald Stephans..

Sabalek pula Rayat2 Sabah. Didalam Interior bersumpah Taat setia kapada kerajaan Malaysia.

Back on track..

Life didn't go on smoothly for the new year..

It's really hectic especially during the month of January..
I suppose, it is the strong reason why I didn't jot any word to be shared here..

I wonder why I suddenly become more concious about my weight recently..
Not really weight la..
In fact I still fall under the ideal body weight based on the chart..
Maybe I should be more concentrate on my body fat aka 'lelemaks' as termed by KadusMama (KDMama, the term sounds so obscene la.. hahaha)..
Never mind, I'd started my exercise routine already..
And I'm sure it helps a lot in reducing the total fat that I'm bringing now..LOL..

Christmas is over.. I haven't change the layout..
To change it means to re-study the html code..
Yes.. Again..

Got a phone call from my best buddy at KK inviting me to join thier valentines' trip @ Poring Ranau this weekend..
As usual, malas mau jalan..
