I still remember last time I ever received more than 20 SMS'es of birthday wishes.. Where were those sender? Do they forgot me already? (Padahal, sendiri x ingat bday urang lain, napa pula mau expect birthday wishes dr urang lain..Hehehe).. Anyway, thanks for all the wishes guys.. I'm happy today.. really happy..

Panggilan KINABALU..

As pure Sabahan, I'd been at the peak of the highest mountain in South East Asia once.. It was about 5 years back during my Matriculation Level in Labuan.. After that, never crossed my mind to again climb the said mountain.. But, I ever said this "Kalau naik pigi puncak sa mau la, tapi kalu mau turun mau fikir 2-3 kali dulu la"..

I got an SMS last week from a friend of mine asking whether I'm interested to conquer the mountain for a second time.. It is actually a school trip of SMK Gunsanad 2 scheduled on coming 8th of September.. She is actually a teacher there.. Biology teacher if I'm not mistaken and last time we altogether climbed the Kinabalu under Matriculation trip.. As what she'd mentioned me before, there is an empty place to be filled because one of the participant just discharged form hospital and unable to join.. However, I replied her "X tau la kalu sa dapat pigi ni, busy ba".. The same boring and subjective reason given huh!! Hehe..

And just about a few minutes ago, she sms'ing me that the empty place is still available.. Rebutlah peluang selagi masih ada.. Wokey, as the decision is hardly to make, better list up all the advantages and disadvantages of climbing the mountain this time.. Back to the basic of Desicion Making..

ADVANTAGES:

1. Currently I've got 25 days of CUTI REHAT left in which I haven't plan on how to spend it.. Bagus ambil cuti naik gunung kan..
2. Leaving a job pressure and do some healthy activity is a good way for recuperation huh.. (Theoretically!!)
3. Meet new friends (I guess).. She told me that the sumandak that I'd met during a night out with her last time is also joining..

DISADVANTAGES:

1. As usual.. A lot of work need to be done yet a lot still pending.. The post mortem meeting for Surveillances Audit should be done within a month and sadly to say, I haven't fix the date and prepare anything yet..
2. As I have a problem on social skills, I may take times to mingle and get used with other participant especially the Guru-Guru.. kalu student no problemo.. I still have that 'student face and attitude' bah..
3. If I confirm join the trip, I have to prepare a lot.. Shoes, sweater, gloves, bag pack, topeng pencuri (Macam masih ada lagi sa simpan pula ni).. Duhh.. Malasnya.. And of course have to prepare physically and mentally.. Aisehleheh, macam la mau naik Everest pulak.. Wakaka..

Arggh, I'm again indecisive..

As to regain the spirit of climbing the Mount Kinabalu, I'd went through all the photos taken last time.. Zaman muda2 remaja dahulu kala.. Wah macam siok pula.. And I want to share the precious and valuable "Memory of Kinabalu" with ya..

Anyone watched Athletic Olympic event last night?? Anybody witnessed USA sprinters for both men and women 4x100m relay preliminary? Pity them.. How come they did those simple mistakes which finally lead to nothing??? The mistake is just the same for both men and women’s team.. How come world class sprinter performing such a terrible performance witnessed by all people around the world..? Shame on you dudes and babes.. If I'm American, I'll curse them already... b******t..

Who should be blamed? The 3rd runner (who passing the baton) or the anchor (who receiving the baton)?

Actually I'm hoping so much to see USA and Jamaica get into the final and compete each other.. But, it's now seems that Jamaica will win both the sprint relay events.. Jamaican's national anthem was aired several time until I myself already get familiar with the song.. Every time during victory ceremony for sprint events, Jamaican's flag will be at the top.. Anyway, congratulation to all Jamaican.. You all are so good (macam la ada urg Jamaica p blog sa ni..Wakakaa)..

Wokey, right now I think Tyson Gay should quit laa.. You are just nothing now.. The reason of not performing well due to previous injury is not acceptable anymore.. You should just quit.. Wahahaha.. Same also with Liu Xiang.. As Asian, I’m proud of you but you made us disappointed.. How come you got injured during the important events like this??.. See, the Cuban hurdler (world record holder) simply won the event with a smile on his face..

Happy but Indecisive..

I'm soooooooooooooo happy as half of my August's tasks had settled up smoothly.. Gone all the days when I have to think about Breastfeeding Week, Pesta Pantun, MS ISO 9001:2000 Surveillance Audit, Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (APC) and etc.. I'm very happy to hear a congratulatory word from my Hospital Director.. I think I'd made a big suprise to most of the head of department, unit and ward in Hospital Keningau.. A young people like me............. Wahhh forgot it.. Self appraisal butul ni...

Okay, I'm in a good mood today even today is the most hatred day for most of the people in blogsphere.. Actually just cannot wait to have a new boss as what I'd said before.. Hopefully my workloads will decrease.. And I really hope that he will assigned me totally in outpatient clinic and he himself will cover inpatient and critical care patient.. Hopefully so...

I got a letter last week from JKNS (Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri) about the Diabetes and Hypertension Course, 26-27 August organized by the Department of Non-communicable Disease. They inviting me to give a talk in one of the session during the course.. BUT, in last week also I got an email from edietitian @ yahoogroup with a call letter attached with it regarding the KKM Scientific Conference on 28-29 August which will be held in Institut Pengurusan Kesihatan, Bangsar.. The both event is so close to each other and really forcing me to opt for only one.. I felt indecisive... Argghh..

I think, I'll opt for the Diabetes & Hypertension Course.. I'm sooooooo malas to fly to KL.. The journey will make me sick.. Right now I think I have to write an aplogy letter and fax it to Head of Dietitian in HKL and Hospital Queen and ask them to choose other to replace me.. Malas mau fikir suda...

Clean your toilet...

Currently, I'm preparing a pamphlet for my educational tool about Diabetics & Fasting During Ramadan.. Yaa, our fellow Muslim friends gonna fulfill one of the 5 pillars of Islam.. And as a Dietitian, it's been my responsibility to give the best dietary modification for those diabetics who really want to fast during the month and helps them to maintain a well metabolic control..*Stop here*

I hate household chores, it's normal la kan for a single guy like me..Wakaka... Among the top are:

1) Cleaning dish: I love to cook.. I clean all the equipments and utensils I used right after I finish cooking. BUT: I hate wiping all the oil and spillouts on the stove.. It's hard to clean it.. Have to wipe it for several times with detergent some more. I hate the oily and sticky feeling. Oh ya, I hate cleaning my dish after eat and just leave it at the kitchen especially when I'm full.. Will leave it and wait for my brother to clean up.. Wahahaha.. What a bad habit huh..

2) Laundry - This one of course no comment. Thats why I have a lot of clothes. Only do this once in a week especially on Sunday evening (Evening tu, bukan morning... Even yesterday I started 3.30pm already, matahari pun redup suda.. Last2 underwear jak kering..Hehehe).. I never sending my clothes to Laundy shop!!!

3) Removing and cleaning the spider web - Spider web.. Urghhh I hate it.. Yesterday, I clean my room for the 3rd time but the small bony spider keep on crawling everywhere.. Then, I took my Ridsect and kill all of them.. They love to make thier web on the ceiling especially in a wooden house.. It's everywhere u know..

4) Ironing - Exactly I hate this. I'm okay with shirts but not pants.. It's hard to iron pants especially at the buttock, thigh and waist area because of the pocket inside.. Mommy out there, are you agree with me?

5) Cleaning dust - Dust.. I mean on the furniture and barang-barang perhiasan yang berhabuk.. It's so complicated you know cleaning those dusted tiny vast and trophy.. I rather let it berhabuk like that..Suruh orang lain p kasi bersih..

6) Lap cermin - Rumah sy pakai jendela cermin keping-keping tu.. Haaa, ini paling sa malas mau buat.. Susah mau buka itu cermin dari besi.. Silap sikit tangan yang luka.. Karas lagi tu besi mau kasi bingkuk.. Hehehe

Enough la.. I have a long list actually.. But just wanna mention here the only household chores that I like and usually do is cleaning the toilet.. For me, no matter how dirty your house but as long as your toilet is clean enough, it is okay for me.. Selalunya orang menilai kebersihan rumah bermula daripada TOILET.. Believe me.. Wakakaka...

See, as what I'd blog about before, August is not an ordinary month.. It is special and some more, a lotta big events gonna be happened starting from today, August the 1st...

World Breastfeeding Week is starting today..!!! It's the time for us to celebrate all lactating mothers around the world and not forgetting here in Hospital Keningau.. And the motto for this year is:

Hei, I think that the logo designer is very creative in applying another big world event into the logo and also the motto.. BREASTFEED YOUR CHILD, TO BE QUALIFIED TO OLYMPIC GAMES AND BECOME CHAMPION.. Wahahaha...
Emmm, another big event of 080808, Olympic Games Beijing in China... I'd watched the National Geographic regarding the mega structured building and how their creative mind being utilized to finally come up with Bird Nest Stadium and the Blue Aquatic building.. It's superb dudes.. I got an email last week in the form of picture showing how China really preparing themself for the event and from the pictures taken, the opening rehearsal was fantastic.. (kalau la sa kerja MSN tu hari mangkali sana suda sa ni di Beijing sekarang.. hahaha (perasaan tul owh)

As for me, August gonna be a hectic month, really hectic.. Even today, I'd struggled to finish the ads and tentative schedule for Breastfeeding Week.. And next week, I got 2 sessions for talk and counselling in O&G Clinic and of course I haven't prepared yet.. 2 days of my weekend will be filled up with reading books and more books regarding nutrition in pregnancy and lactation..

So, it could be a strong reason why I cannot managed myself to be among the bloggers who will attend The Bah Bah Blogger Gathering tommorow... Guys, have to wait for another coming years when I mentally and physically well prepared to meet all of ya.. Have Fun!!.. I just cannot wait for your next entry regarding the event..

As scheduled, my department and O&G Department will organize monthly morning assembly next week, the same day of the closing ceremony for Breastfeeding week... My workload tripled and just now really felt like wanna take leave.. Duhh.. Again I'd been selected to be the emcee for the Final "Pertandingan Pesta Pantun".. God, I'm not the poetic one, never get involved on such creative-minded event.. But I think I just have to give a try.. Bila lagi kan.. And I just create this 4 kerat pantun last nite before get asleep...

Dua tiga kucing berlari,
Manakan sama si kucing belang,
Susu Ibu susah dicari,
Jadi pilihan si manja cemerlang...

Macam?? Ada bakat juga ka? hehehe..

So, the week after Breastfeeding week will be another stressful week for me as the SIRIM Auditor will come here in Hospital for Surveillance Audit.. As the new 'Wakil Pengurusan', I don't have any idea on what kind of questions will be asked by them and unlucky me, my Hospital Director already told me that he is not available on that day and I myself and the MS ISO committee have to handle everything.. God, grant me your blessings!!!
APC (Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang) of Zon Pedalaman also will be held on the 15 the same week of the SIRIM audit which will be attended by Sabah Health Director.. Thanks God I'm not being assigned to handle anything during the event... Fuhhh...

Ok, what else??? Of course My Birthday.. And sure not forgetting the other Virgo: Grace, Hafsham, Janet Ng, Zaidi, Elenser, Stevia, Eugene and Harry Wong (the independent day boy) and everyone who was born under the Zodiac of Virgo, HAPPY BIRTHDAY...
