I still remember last time I ever received more than 20 SMS'es of birthday wishes.. Where were those sender? Do they forgot me already? (Padahal, sendiri x ingat bday urang lain, napa pula mau expect birthday wishes dr urang lain..Hehehe).. Anyway, thanks for all the wishes guys.. I'm happy today.. really happy..

Panggilan KINABALU..

As pure Sabahan, I'd been at the peak of the highest mountain in South East Asia once.. It was about 5 years back during my Matriculation Level in Labuan.. After that, never crossed my mind to again climb the said mountain.. But, I ever said this "Kalau naik pigi puncak sa mau la, tapi kalu mau turun mau fikir 2-3 kali dulu la"..

I got an SMS last week from a friend of mine asking whether I'm interested to conquer the mountain for a second time.. It is actually a school trip of SMK Gunsanad 2 scheduled on coming 8th of September.. She is actually a teacher there.. Biology teacher if I'm not mistaken and last time we altogether climbed the Kinabalu under Matriculation trip.. As what she'd mentioned me before, there is an empty place to be filled because one of the participant just discharged form hospital and unable to join.. However, I replied her "X tau la kalu sa dapat pigi ni, busy ba".. The same boring and subjective reason given huh!! Hehe..

And just about a few minutes ago, she sms'ing me that the empty place is still available.. Rebutlah peluang selagi masih ada.. Wokey, as the decision is hardly to make, better list up all the advantages and disadvantages of climbing the mountain this time.. Back to the basic of Desicion Making..

ADVANTAGES:

1. Currently I've got 25 days of CUTI REHAT left in which I haven't plan on how to spend it.. Bagus ambil cuti naik gunung kan..
2. Leaving a job pressure and do some healthy activity is a good way for recuperation huh.. (Theoretically!!)
3. Meet new friends (I guess).. She told me that the sumandak that I'd met during a night out with her last time is also joining..

DISADVANTAGES:

1. As usual.. A lot of work need to be done yet a lot still pending.. The post mortem meeting for Surveillances Audit should be done within a month and sadly to say, I haven't fix the date and prepare anything yet..
2. As I have a problem on social skills, I may take times to mingle and get used with other participant especially the Guru-Guru.. kalu student no problemo.. I still have that 'student face and attitude' bah..
3. If I confirm join the trip, I have to prepare a lot.. Shoes, sweater, gloves, bag pack, topeng pencuri (Macam masih ada lagi sa simpan pula ni).. Duhh.. Malasnya.. And of course have to prepare physically and mentally.. Aisehleheh, macam la mau naik Everest pulak.. Wakaka..

Arggh, I'm again indecisive..

As to regain the spirit of climbing the Mount Kinabalu, I'd went through all the photos taken last time.. Zaman muda2 remaja dahulu kala.. Wah macam siok pula.. And I want to share the precious and valuable "Memory of Kinabalu" with ya..

Anyone watched Athletic Olympic event last night?? Anybody witnessed USA sprinters for both men and women 4x100m relay preliminary? Pity them.. How come they did those simple mistakes which finally lead to nothing??? The mistake is just the same for both men and women’s team.. How come world class sprinter performing such a terrible performance witnessed by all people around the world..? Shame on you dudes and babes.. If I'm American, I'll curse them already... b******t..

Who should be blamed? The 3rd runner (who passing the baton) or the anchor (who receiving the baton)?

Actually I'm hoping so much to see USA and Jamaica get into the final and compete each other.. But, it's now seems that Jamaica will win both the sprint relay events.. Jamaican's national anthem was aired several time until I myself already get familiar with the song.. Every time during victory ceremony for sprint events, Jamaican's flag will be at the top.. Anyway, congratulation to all Jamaican.. You all are so good (macam la ada urg Jamaica p blog sa ni..Wakakaa)..

Wokey, right now I think Tyson Gay should quit laa.. You are just nothing now.. The reason of not performing well due to previous injury is not acceptable anymore.. You should just quit.. Wahahaha.. Same also with Liu Xiang.. As Asian, I’m proud of you but you made us disappointed.. How come you got injured during the important events like this??.. See, the Cuban hurdler (world record holder) simply won the event with a smile on his face..

And again for women USA 4 x 100m relay team, this is the 2nd time you all are not qualified to the final after the previous Olympic Athens 2004.. You girls are maybe just too good but what to say.. Maybe it's all about your fate.. X nasib ba kan apa buli buat..

I’m wondering why he is not performing in 4 x 100m relay.. The world record hold by USA may be broken if he is in the team.. But I’m pretty sure Jamaica will win.. Just wait and see..

Happy but Indecisive..

I'm soooooooooooooo happy as half of my August's tasks had settled up smoothly.. Gone all the days when I have to think about Breastfeeding Week, Pesta Pantun, MS ISO 9001:2000 Surveillance Audit, Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (APC) and etc.. I'm very happy to hear a congratulatory word from my Hospital Director.. I think I'd made a big suprise to most of the head of department, unit and ward in Hospital Keningau.. A young people like me............. Wahhh forgot it.. Self appraisal butul ni...

Okay, I'm in a good mood today even today is the most hatred day for most of the people in blogsphere.. Actually just cannot wait to have a new boss as what I'd said before.. Hopefully my workloads will decrease.. And I really hope that he will assigned me totally in outpatient clinic and he himself will cover inpatient and critical care patient.. Hopefully so...

I got a letter last week from JKNS (Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri) about the Diabetes and Hypertension Course, 26-27 August organized by the Department of Non-communicable Disease. They inviting me to give a talk in one of the session during the course.. BUT, in last week also I got an email from edietitian @ yahoogroup with a call letter attached with it regarding the KKM Scientific Conference on 28-29 August which will be held in Institut Pengurusan Kesihatan, Bangsar.. The both event is so close to each other and really forcing me to opt for only one.. I felt indecisive... Argghh..

I think, I'll opt for the Diabetes & Hypertension Course.. I'm sooooooo malas to fly to KL.. The journey will make me sick.. Right now I think I have to write an aplogy letter and fax it to Head of Dietitian in HKL and Hospital Queen and ask them to choose other to replace me.. Malas mau fikir suda...
